The vehicle has a mobile oil tank (1) arranged in a region directly behind a driving cab (3) over an oil collecting pan (2). A reel (4) is provided with hoses and mounted within a region over a rear axle. A waste oil tank (5) is formed in a U-shape and arranged between the mobile oil tank and the reel. A rope winch (7) is fastened at an end of a box-type van body (6), where the reel and the rope winch are connected with drives and controlled in a separate manner. The oil collecting pan, the waste and mobile oil tanks, fresh oil feed pumps and the reel are connected with an oil tank.
