The interlock has an actuating element which is movable between a closing position and an opening position. The actuating element is locked by a locking element (16). The locking element is assigned to a locking device of the retractable ramp. The actuating element has a lashing element, by which the actuating element is locked by the locking elements. An independent claim is included for a flap gate, particularly a retractable ramp of an omnibus with a plate element.
