The clamp (1) has an annular flexible part (2) that is initially opened and comprises two adjacent ends (3, 4). The flexible part is placed and locked around a tubular/cylindrical carrier element (17). Tabs (5) of the end (3) and tabs (6, 7) of the end (4) are projected towards exterior of the flexible part. The tabs (5) are placed over the tabs (6, 7) in a definitive position for locking a tubular/cylindrical element (16) between the tabs.
