The clip (1) has an opening (10) formed in a strap (2) and defined by lateral edge sections (11, 12). The sections are stopped against a lateral wing (6) of a pin (3) when the wing is oriented relative to the strap in an orientation perpendicular to a direction of length of the strap. The strap is elastic in the direction of length such that the strap surrounds a cylindrical element with periphery larger than a dead length of the strap. The strap elastically holds the element against the wing to block relative movement of the pin with respect to the strap and the element.
