The system (22) has a tie strap holding element (24) arranged at a conduit assembly (10), and a guiding element (32) receiving a tie strap (34) e.g. cable strap, tie-rap, clip or clamping piece, where the holding element is made of silicon, rubber, plastic or metal. The guiding element has two projections (36) between which the strap is supported. The projections are arranged on a base whose height corresponds to height of a holder section (40) of a holder (14). The assembly is attached with the system at the holder, and the projections are designed such that the strap is lockable.
