The heat exchanger element has multiple ribs formed as a heat-guiding plate connected to a tube. The ribs are arranged in a horizontal construction to the pipe. The heat exchanger element is formed as a boiler tube in the form of ribbed tube (1). The ribbed tube possesses circumferentially running and axially spaced grooves (2), in which the ribs are received and are connected to the ribbed tubes in a form-fit and force-fit manner by electron-beam weld.
