The heat exchanger (1) has pipes (4) arranged in perforations. Fins (7) and/or ribs are provided between the pipes to deliver heat energy of coolant flowing through the pipes to an environment of the heat exchanger. A heat-conducting element is arranged at tube bottoms (5), and on a surface turned away from the fins and/or the ribs and a surface turned towards the fins and/or the ribs. One of water tanks (2, 3) has two separated chambers (8, 10) for supply and discharge of the coolant, where the chambers are connected with each other by the pipes.
