The device has a seed medium (1) penetrated in a ground substrate for a formation of a seed gap with a seed container (2) and a scoop (3). A defined seed quantity is contained with a position of the seed medium of the scoop. The defined seed quantity is brought in the seed gap with another position of the seed medium.
