The present invention provides a waveguide structure which avoids the occurrence of voids connecting between inner and outer portions of a waveguide without increasing an energy transmission loss of high-frequency signals that is inexpensive, that has excellent durability, and that is compact. The waveguide structure includes: a base having a mounting surface; a metal plate member having an elasticity stacked on the attachment surface and cooperating with the base to construct a waveguide; a positioning mechanism constituted by: a positioning pin arranged so as to protrude from the base; and an intermediate fitting portion formed on the plate member and mated with the positioning pin, the positioning mechanism positioning the plate member on the mounting surface of the base and further limiting movement along the mounting surface by mating the positioning pin and the intermediate fitting portion; and a holder that holds the plate member in a state of firmly contacting the attaching surface by pressing the plate member so that a reaction force is generated in the plate member.
