Analytical model generating method and simulation system and method for predicting a molding error

A method for generating an analytical model for analyzing a shape of a molding is provided. The method comprises: (a) three-dimensionally measuring the shape of the molding to obtain shape data; (b) dividing the shape data into two surfaces defining a thickness of the molding; (c) calculating a deviation between the divided two surfaces as thickness data; (d) relating the thickness data to the shape data; (e) generating a shape model of the molding from CAD data relating to the molding; (f) connecting the shape model to the shape data; and (g) passing the thickness data related to the shape data to the shape model corresponding to the compound in step (f), thereby generating the analytic model.
