A new division block has a data storage region including a head section to which the data is transmitted and stored. The original division block has data that is collectively deleted, after the data in the region of the original block is written in the new block. The memory has division blocks (113a-113d) including data storage regions, where each region is divided into a number of sections in proportion to a write frequency.
