The aid has a device for restricting natural field of vision of a wearer. The aid is partially arranged at a head of the wearer, and supported by the support during practice of a ball game i.e. foot ball. The device for restricting natural field of vision of the wearer restricts the field of vision depending on a head posture of the wearer, or inclination of the head of the wearer predominant in a viewing direction of the wearer. A transparent viewing element e.g. LCD glass, arranged in front of eyes of the wearer is provided in a determined application.
