The model has a soft tissue simulating layer (3) attached to a hard tissue simulating layer (1), and a barrier layer (2) provided between the soft tissue simulating layer and the hard tissue simulating layer. The barrier layer is detachably adhered to the soft tissue simulating layer and is fixedly adhered to the hard tissue simulating layer, where the barrier layer is made of cellulose polymer mixture and/or acryl- and nitro-cellulose components. The barrier layer has a thickness in the range of 5 to 50 micrometers in a dried condition.
