The pendulum (9) has a flange part (8) with tracks (12), and pendulum masses (10) distributed over a circumference of the tracks, where the masses have counter tracks (15). Roller bodies (11) are arranged between the tracks and the counter tracks, and the masses are supported against the flange part by the bodies. The bodies, the tracks and/or the counter tracks have a surface made of a material whose elastic modulus is smaller than an elastic modulus of steel. The bodies are made of steel and have a layer made of ceramic, and the flange part and/or the masses are made of metal.
