The heater has a power supply (18), voltage transformer (2), fuse switch (4), protection diode/schottky diode (5) and a temperature regulator (3) with an automatic dimmer or a step switch arranged at a front side of a frame profile (6). The temperature regulator is connected with a temperature sensor (8) fastened to a crystalline silicon module (1), where solar-electrical energy is obtained by artificial light over the crystalline silicon module. The electrical energy is led back into a power circuit for artificial illumination.
