The device has heating devices (1, 2) i.e. line heating devices, connected to a phase of an electric circuit and thermal fuses (5, 6) provided in connection lines (3, 4). The heating devices are connected in parallel to another phase of the electric circuit. Metallic bodies of the heating devices are thermally coupled with each other by a thermal conductive element, where the thermal fuses are in physical contact with the thermal conductive element. An electronic controller (7) is arranged between the heating devices and the thermal fuses.
