The card has an interface (2) for communication with an external subscriber station, and a microprocessor device coupled with the interface. A non volatile memory (5) is connected with the microprocessor device, and is provided for storing applications (A1-An). An application management program (As) is selected and controlled by the microprocessor device. Menu navigation information that relates to functionalities (S1-Sm) of the applications is provided by the station. The functionalities are changed depending on input data that is received by the interface.
