Composite including polyacetal and polyolefin shaped parts, which has a contact adhesive layer on one surface, consisting of copolymers or a mixture of these derived from alpha-olefin and ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivatives, where the molar ratio of olefin to carboxylic acid and/or its derivatives is so selected that the composite has an adhesive strength (as measured in tensile tests at 23 degrees C) of at least 0.2N/mm2 is new. A composite including at least one polyacetal shaped part and at least one polyolefin shaped part, which has a adhesive agent layer on at least one surface, consisting of copolymers or a mixture of these derived from at least one alpha-olefin and at least one ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or at least one carboxylic acid derivative, where the molar ratio of alpha olefin to ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative is so selected that the composite has an adhesive strength (as measured in tensile tests at 23 degrees C) of at least 0.2N/mm2. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a process for preparation of the composite by:(a) preparation of a polyacetal shaped part from polyacetal containing molding composition by a known process, (b) application of an adhesive agent layer containing layer containing at least one of the above polymers to at least one surface of polyacetal shaped p art by a known process, and (c) application of polyolefin containing molding composition to the adhesive agent layer of step (b), to give a composite comprising polyacetal and polyolefin shaped parts; (2) a process for preparation of the polyolefin shaped part from a polymer containing molding material by a known method, (b) application of a contact adhesive layer containing at least one of the above polymers to at least one surface of the polyacetal shaped part (PSP) by a known process, and (c) application of the polyacetal containing molding composition contact adhesive layer after step (b) so that a composite of polyacetal and polyolefin shaped parts is obtained.
