Use of 3-(6-[(4-chloro-phenylsulfonyl)amino]-2-methyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronapht-1-yl)propionic acid (I) or its salts, in the form of an optical isomer, for a manufacture of medicament for treating vascular disorders in patients having a history of cerebral vascular stroke. An independent claim is included for a composition comprising (I) in the form of optical isomer of R-configuration. ACTIVITY : Vasotropic; Cerebroprotective. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Thromboxane-prosta-glandines receptor antagonist.
