An immunity evaluation method whereby an immunity is evaluated with the use of immune cell markers respectively for immune cells contained in a collected blood sample, which comprises: the step of determining evaluation value based on each of two or more selected immune cell markers for the individual immune cell markers contained in the collected blood; the step of summing the evaluation values relating to the two or more selected immune cell markers; and the step of evaluating the immunity from the results thus summed.
