The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a solid dispersed solid comprising at least one active principle and a polymer matrix, pharmaceutically acceptable, characterized in that said polymer matrix comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable (i) of the polydextrose, in order to promote the disintegration of the composition in aqueous medium, in the form of a continuous phase of polydextrose, in a mixture with (ii) at least one polymer other than that of the polydextrose, in the form of a continuous phase of this polymer, the proportion of the polydextrose being at least 20% by weight and the proportion of at least one polymer other than that of the polydextrose being at least 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of said polymer matrix, pharmaceutically acceptable, and in that this pharmaceutical composition can be obtained by a process comprising at least a step consisting in making a mixture comprising the said at least one active principle, the polydextrose and the said at least one polymer other than that of the polydextrose, in a device with a mixer and at a temperature of between approximately 50°C. and about 250°C. / p
