The element (1) has a metallic beam (2) extending along a longitudinal direction and comprising a lower head beam (21) drowned in a reinforced concrete plate (3) that extends between two spaced lateral sides (30). The plate has a resistance for forming a rigid prefabricated assembly with the beam (2), where the assembly is handled and installed on a construction site to form an absorptive form for forming a wall by pouring concrete on sufficient thickness for encircling the beam (2) which constitutes a part of an armature of the wall.
