The structure has interchangeable elements (2-4) assembled with respect to each other to constitute a cross piece (T), where the crosspiece supports a scaffolding floor and is fixed to a wall (M). A jamb (J) is fixed to the crosspiece and includes an end (J1) opposed to the crosspiece for supporting on the wall or on the ground. A railing post (P) is fixed to the crosspiece. The elements, which are constituted by aluminum profiles, are fixed with each other by a rigid bar shaped assembling key (5).
