The milling head (1) has a conical shaped spindle-holder unit (8) comprising a milling spindle (9) at an end of a spindle nose (10). A rotary orientation and articulation element comprises a central core (7) i.e. cylindrical or cubic block, presenting two horizontal rotating axes (A, B) that are cut at 90 degree. The horizontal rotating axes are associated to linear axes (X, Y), respectively, where one of the horizontal rotating axes provides connection with a slide (2) of other linear axis and other horizontal rotating axis provides connection with the spindle-holder unit.
