The tool has a work head (6) articulated on a connection mechanism around a horizontal pivot axis (A1). The mechanism is partially arranged in a reversal unit that reverses the head to modify the orientation of a front face of the head along an angle ranging from zero to 180 degrees, in a general plane. The head is reversed to selectively invert a position of the front face between front and rear work positions. The front face is oriented towards the front and the rear of a carrier vehicle, in the respective front and rear work positions.
