The frame (1) has two branches (3) extended towards rear end from a front part (2), where each branch has a stainless steel exterior wing (4). The wing has two sectors between interior face and exterior face, where the wing is penetrated through an opening (8). Colored plastic material ornament element (10) in the form of a slide is mounted in translation with respect to the wing and on the interior face in order to slide the element with respect to the wing for being superimposed at the opening for closing the opening partially to modify exterior aspect of the exterior face.
