The method involves activating a base material surface to be processed by a chemical or mechanical unit. A metallic or composite coating is performed by a cold or heat spray on a contact zone. A material layer is formed with an electrical contact function. The layer is finished by surfacing or polishing. The coating is made of composite material comprising a reinforcement phase with a metal such as tungsten, a majority phase with copper or silver, and a reinforcement phase with ceramic such as titanium nitride or zinc oxide.
