The element has lower drawers for drawing an extension (10) supporting legs at rest, and upper drawers for housing a solar sensor, a head rest (30), an LCD TV screen (35), a lamp, canvas pad or a musical headphone. An axis of a tube crosses a rotation axis of supports (80) e.g. wheels, by action of a lever. The sensor is extended by the canvas pad incorporated in the upper drawers of a backrest of a seat. The sensor supplies energy to the lamp, the screen and a vibratory mechanism that is used for massaging a body or warming the body.
