The system has a bell (4) integrated on an opening (3) of a lamp supporting spot (1) and receiving a lamp (2) and a casing (5). An electrical connection terminal block (6) is arranged on an upper part of the bell. A hollow tube (7) i.e. ordinary rigid insulation tube, is fixed on the upper part of the bell, where the length of the tube is adjusted according to the thickness of an insulating layer (8).
