The system has a lighting spot (1) perforated at its front side (3), and a bell (4) associated with a thermo-deformable membrane or a thermal switch (7). The lighting spot receives a lamp (2) and includes a sleeve (5) and a hollow tube (8) fixed on the top of the bell. An upper part of the sleeve is connected to an electric connection block (6), where the length of the hollow tube is adjusted according to the thickness of an insulator (10) of a false ceiling (9).
