The trough (1) has a valve support units extending above an elliptical paraboloid shaped watering bowl (2). A protection cover (7) is arranged above the valve support units and a fixation console (3). The protection cover is integrated to the trough by removable fixation units. The protection cover has a precut extending from a rear peripheral edge at the level of its upper part and/ort its lateral sides. A pallet (20) has an upper end cooperating with a valve.
