The device (14) has a rigid guiding tube (42) projecting towards a distal point from a hollow insertion end (40) and comprising an inner guiding passage (70) of a treatment device (12) of a blood circulation conduit. A flexible protection sheath (48) is connected to the end. The sheath radially extends between a contracted configuration to position the conduit and a dilated configuration. The tube moves between a rest position spaced from the sheath and an inserted position across the end and the sheath. The sheath occupies the dilated configuration around the tube in the inserted position. An independent claim is also included for a kit for treatment of blood circulation conduit, comprising a tubular endoprosthesis.
