The device has a front crossmember (3) connected rigidly at its ends to front slider (6) of a motor vehicle, where the front crossmember is positioned transversely with respect to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle, and defines a hollow body. A reservoir (1) of a windscreen washer is contained in the hollow body of the front crossmember. The reservoir of the windscreen washer is a flexible body whose walls are in contact with the hollow body of the front crossmember, and made of thermo-blowing plastic material.
