The actuator has a crossing motor unit (21) for displacing an internal control axle of a gear box between a stable rest position and a stable engaged return position. A progressive unit is arranged between speed reducing levels, where the progressive unit has two inlet flanges (7a, 7b) related in rotation, and curve coil springs (11) are arranged between the two flanges. An outlet pinion is guided by an axle of a conic input wheel (4), where the pinion is connected to an output web (9). The output web receives the coil springs.
