The device has a headband (A) held on a head, and a toothed rail (B) supporting lenses (C) of spectacles. Toothed wheels (D) are mounted on the rail. A triangular lens (G) transmits vision of an endoscope to the lenses of the spectacles. Two joining and transmission channels (F) are arranged between the triangular lens and the lenses of the spectacles. A tensor (H) restrains the endoscope. A zoom (I) is equipped with an upper lens (J) and a lower lens (K) for controlling the distance between the vision of eyes and the vision of the endoscope.
