The process of obtaining bimetallic parts by molding a metallic core (1) consisting of aluminum or zinc alloy, comprises positioning a steel core, made by cutting and/or punching a steel sheet, into a mold, in which the alloy is injected so as to increase the tempering of the core. The steel core has a hardness of 45-55, and an opening and a notch to create a mechanical connection. An independent claim is included for a hammer handle.
