The nacelle has an air inlet sleeve (24) provided with an annular lip (30), where the sleeve and an annular downstream structure (32) are centered on a longitudinal axis of the nacelle. The structure has an annular inner panel (34) and an annular outer panel (36) arranged coaxially around the longitudinal axis of the nacelle. The inner and outer panels are connected with their respective end to the lip. The outer panel has a downstream end (36a) forming a peripheral partition that is folded towards inner side, and extends towards the inner panel.
