The series (12) has a bumper skin (18) forming outer covering surface (20) and comprising distinct portions such as upper and lower central portions (22, 24), lateral portions (26), middle and additional central portions and middle lateral portions assembled together for forming the bumper skin in an assembled configuration. Another bumper skin is distinct from the bumper skin, and peripheral contour of the latter skin has dimensions different from a peripheral contour of the former skin (18). One of the portions of the bumper skin is identical to one of the portions of latter bumper skin. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a series of bumper skin of motor vehicle.
