The turbine has a split blade (PF) realizing jibing by starting initial positioning of a slot of the blade in a driving phase at a rear stop position on a pivot pole that acts as an engine axle (AM). The slot is released from a front stop position on the pole in an initial repositioning phase of the blade to attain the rear stop position for stating the next driving phase. The repositioning phase is ensures by a double rod crank system coupled to the axle and rotating at the same speed with the axle, where an angular value of the repositioning phase is equal to 180 degrees.
