The device (1) has a push-push type actuating unit (20) i.e. hoist forming system, for actuating a door (5) from its closed position to a partially opened position. The unit is arranged such that a push button (22) is set in a retracted position by setting the door in the closed position. The unit is arranged in such a manner that a locking unit (10) of the door in the closed position is inactivated for moving the button to an extracted position under an action of elastic return units so as to generate movement of the door to its partially opened and unlocked position.
