The device (1) has a hole (3) formed enclosing a valve (4) and adaptable to all shapes and models, and a slot opening (2) to absorb drops of water, where the device is made of an absorbing material e.g. sponge. A tongue (6) is interlocked into a same material cut on specific shape (8), and a spring ring is integrated in the absorbing material permitting conservation of initial shape of the spring ring.
