The device (10) has a projecting system (11) for projecting a lubricant e.g. water, on a wheel (1) of a vehicle so as to reduce a friction coefficient with respect to a roadway. A lubricant supply device (13) supplies the lubricant to the projecting system, where the lubricant supply device has containers (15, 16) containing components of lubricant and surfactant. A draining circuit (20) drains the supply device, where the supply device has a return circuit between the projecting system and the supply device. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a motorized wheel sliding promoting device.
