The panel has a set of superimposed webs (N1, N2, N3), in which each web is constituted by juxtaposition and connection of textile pieces by sewing. The pieces are formed from pieces generated during tailoring work, fragments of clothes or used linen pieces. The webs are arranged to delimit compartments. The compartments are filled with materials such as reclaimed textile fibers, mineral materials e.g. rock wool, vegetal material e.g. cellulose fibers, or animal matter e.g. sheep wool.
