The system has a fixed front panel (8) with a management center for managing electronic data and including a fixed wiring, and a detachable rear panel (5) with screw connectors (11) that are connected to each other. A detachable panel (15) includes peripherals (3) connected to a multi-spindle connector (14). The multi-spindle connector connects wirings of the front panel, the rear panel and the detachable panel. The screw connectors are connected to connectors of technical management objects (4, 6) and to the peripherals via the multi-spindle connector.
