Fluorinated polymer composition (I), comprises optionally at least a compatible plasticizer with the fluoropolymer (1-6 (preferably 2-5) parts); shock modifying particles 4-10 (preferably 5-8 parts) of core-shell type that contains at least one inner layer with a soft polymer of glass transition temperature (T g) of less than -25[deg] C, preferably less than -60[deg] C and acrylic shell; and at least one homopolymer or copolymer of vinylidene fluoride (VDF) (make up to 100 parts), where the modifying particles have interparticle distance (D1) of at most 150 nm, preferably at most 100 nm. An independent claim is included for a flexible metal conduit with one or more elements metal and at least one layer comprising (I) and optionally one or more layers of a polymer material.
