The block has a molded monoblock plate (1) made of rigid heat insulating material and comprising spreader bars (3) and precuts (10) for pre-assembling quoins of concrete load-bearing walls. The spreader bars are separated from integrated recesses (4) and glued to an insulating plate (2) by polyurethane foam (5). The integrated recesses receives concrete filling between the spreader bars, and permit placement of complementary and minimal reinforcements for ensuring resistance and stability of the walls.
