The method involves determining a turning situation of a motor vehicle. A brake pressure set point, corresponding to a desired brake pressure, for a wheel is determined. The real force sustained by the wheel is measured. A difference between a value of measured real force and a reference value is calculated. A correction pressure set point is transmitted based on the calculated difference. A value of the desired brake pressure is corrected using the correction pressure value. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle equipped with a brake system controlling device.
