The method involves analyzing contents of a selected type with one of selected content analyzers (AC1-AC3) according to a part of a request relative to a selected service e.g. information service, so as to determine any portions of the contents satisfying the request. A service data is associated to a determined portion of the analyzed content, where the service data partially defines the selected service satisfying the request to be reported. A semantic definition of the service request is incorporated with semantic descriptors. An independent claim is also included for a device for associating a service data to a multimedia content, comprising an analyzing unit.
