The device has a monoblock assembly (4) formed of a key panel (4'), a lighting unit (5) e.g. LED, a removable or non-removable key holder (6) mounted close to keys (41') of the key panel and a label (7). The key holder is transparent and back lighted across the boneblack assembly, and the label is maintained in a service position in the holder. The key panel is extended by a diffusion layer (4'') extending under the holder and the label. An electronic control circuit (2) housed in a box casing (1) is provided with a movement detection module. The layer is covered with a black paint coating.
