The method involves preparing to-be-glued surfaces of a glass pane (V) and a frame (C) before gluing the surface of the frame and before positioning the glass pane in the frame, using preparation units comprising atmospheric plasma units and corona applicators. The surfaces of the glass pane and the frame are cleaned to remove dust and marks/deposits during preparation of the surfaces. The glass pane is positioned in the frame, while preparing and gluing another frame (C'). An independent claim is also included for an installation for fabricating glazing frames.
